Need help with Szelfie? We are here to assist you. Please review the information below before reaching out, as many common issues can be resolved quickly.

When contacting support, please include:
- Your account email address
- Your device model and operating system version
- A clear description of the issue
- Screenshots if applicable
ACCOUNT ISSUES
Signing In
- Make sure you are using the same sign-in method (Google or Apple) that you used when you first created your account.
- If you signed up with Google, use "Sign in with Google." If you signed up with Apple, use "Sign in with Apple."
- Check your internet connection and try again.
Account Deletion
- To delete your account, go to Profile > Contact Support within the App and request account deletion.
- You can also email us at contact@tetrai.tech with the subject "Account Deletion Request."
- Account deletion is permanent. All your reference photos, generated images, and unused credits will be removed within 30 days.
Switching Devices
- Sign in with the same Google or Apple account on your new device.
- Your credits and generated images are linked to your account and will be available on any device.
CREDITS AND PURCHASES
Credits Not Appearing
- After a purchase, pull down to refresh on the Credits page.
- If credits still do not appear after 5 minutes, close and reopen the App.
- Check your Apple/Google purchase history to confirm the transaction was completed.
Purchase Issues
- For billing inquiries or unauthorized charges, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly, as they handle all payment processing.
- If a purchase was charged but credits were not received, email us at contact@tetrai.tech with your receipt details.
Failed Generations
- If a generation fails due to a system error, your credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
- You will see a "Refunded" label on failed generations in your history.
- No action is needed on your part for automatic refunds.
PHOTO GENERATION
Getting the Best Results
- Upload 4-7 clear, well-lit selfies showing your face from different angles.
- Use photos with natural lighting and a neutral background.
- Include a mix of angles: front-facing, slight left, slight right.
- Ensure your face is clearly visible and unobstructed.
What to Avoid in Reference Photos
- Sunglasses or tinted glasses
- Heavy makeup or face paint
- Strong filters or heavy editing
- Group photos where your face is small
- Photos where your face is partially covered (hats, scarves, masks)
- Blurry or low-resolution images
Generation Time
- Most generations complete within 10-30 seconds.
- Complex packs or high-demand periods may take up to 90 seconds.
- If a generation takes longer than 2 minutes, it may have failed. Check your history for status.
DUO Mode
- DUO mode requires reference photos from two people.
- Both profiles must have 4-7 clear reference photos uploaded.
- Results work best when both people have similar quality reference photos.
TECHNICAL ISSUES
App Not Working Properly
- Make sure you are using the latest version of the App (check App Store or Google Play for updates).
- Try closing the App completely and reopening it.
- Restart your device.
- Check your internet connection.
- If the issue persists, try clearing the App cache (Settings > Apps > Szelfie > Clear Cache on Android).
Compatibility
- iOS: Requires iOS 16.0 or later.
- Android: Requires Android 10 (API 29) or later.
- The App requires an active internet connection to function.
