Last updated: March 2026 DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT (DMCA) POLICY TETRAI YAPAY ZEKA TEKNOLOJI BILISIM VE ILETISIM TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Szelfie application ("App") to do the same. 1. Copyright Infringement Claims If you believe that content available through the App infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. 2. Requirements for a Valid DMCA Notice To be effective, your DMCA notice must include all of the following: - A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf - Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed - Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate the material - Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address - A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law - A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner Incomplete notices may not be processed. 3. Counter-Notification If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes: - Your physical or electronic signature - Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it previously appeared - A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification - Your full legal name, address, and telephone number - A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which the Company may be found - A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days, unless the original complainant notifies us of a court action. 4. Repeat Infringers In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers. A user may be considered a repeat infringer if they have been the subject of more than two valid DMCA notices. 6. Misrepresentation Warning Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. 7. Modifications We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
